How it works

  1. Book an hour. Fill out a short questionnaire about your tools and your biggest time sinks.
  2. We talk it through. In person around the region or on video. Honest answers, including "you don't need me."
  3. You get a written plan with your top opportunities, rough costs and a do-it-yourself option where there is one.
  4. Build if it pencils. Fixed price, your session fee credited.

How I work

  • Automation first, AI only when it earns its place.
  • You own everything, and leaving is easy. It's all set up in your accounts, in your name, with me added as a user. When we wrap up, you get a full handoff package in your own Google Drive or Dropbox.
  • Careful with your data. Minimum access, and your data isn't used to train AI models.
  • Always a manual fallback. If a tool goes down, your business keeps running.
  • Honest advice. If a $20/month app already solves it, I'll tell you.
