- Payment information: payments are handled by our payment and booking providers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Basic site data: like most websites, our hosting provider may log technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule and deliver our services, process payments, respond to you, and run and improve our business. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as scheduling, payment, email and website hosting providers, and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Client business data
When we work on your systems, we ask for only the access we need, use your data only to deliver the work you've asked for, and remove our access at the end of a project if you ask. If a project involves a third-party AI or software service, we'll discuss it with you first.
Security and retention
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. After a client project ends, we keep an encrypted backup copy of the project files for up to 2 years so work can resume if the client returns, and we delete it sooner on request. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Nevada residents may submit a request to opt out of the sale of personal information at the same address, although we do not sell personal information.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
