AI & Tech Strategy Session
- In person (Truckee/Tahoe, or Reno/Carson by arrangement) or video.
- A short questionnaire beforehand: your tools and your biggest time sinks
- We walk through your week and find where time and money leak
- Honest advice on what to automate, what to leave alone, and where AI does or doesn't make sense
- A written one-page plan: top 3 opportunities, rough cost, rough payback
- 100% credited toward any build booked within 30 days
Systems Audit
- About 4 hours on-site or remote
- Map your key workflows: quote → contract → schedule → invoice → follow-up
- Review your current software and subscriptions
- A written roadmap ranked by savings vs. effort, with fixed-price quotes for each build
- Subscriptions you can probably cancel, and data/privacy risks spotted
- Credited toward a build within 60 days
Fixed-Price Builds
One clear problem, one fixed price, usually delivered in 1–3 weeks. Typical examples:
- Contracts and proposals that generate and send themselves
- Invoices and payments flowing into QuickBooks
- Web form → CRM → instant reply → reminder if nobody responds
- Job requests to the calendar and crew, with confirmations
- Google review requests after a finished job
- Seasonal renewals, contracts and route lists
Every build includes a "how this works" doc, a manual fallback, handoff training and 30 days of fixes.

All plans: billed at the start of each month. Extra work is $150/hr. Unused hours don't roll over. Cancel anytime, even the same day; service runs through the end of the month you've paid for, and a month that's already started isn't refunded.

In your accounts, in your name
Everything is set up in your accounts, in your name, with me added as a user. Nothing is locked inside an account of mine.
A "Thanks for working with us" package
When we wrap up, you get plain-English summaries of each automation (what it does, what triggers it, what to check if it breaks), a list of every account and where it's managed (never passwords in documents), short walkthrough videos and exported workflows. It's delivered to a shared folder in your own Google Drive or Dropbox.
A backup, if you come back
I keep an encrypted backup copy free for 2 years so we can pick right back up if you return. I'll delete it sooner if you ask.
Bigger projects & DIY
Single Agent Build
A larger custom workflow, for cases where AI is genuinely needed, like reading messy emails or drafting replies for your review. Usually comes after a session or audit.
90-Day Systems Sprint
A multi-workflow overhaul for growing businesses, with a written scope. If the agreed systems aren't live within 90 days, your deposit is refunded.
